Use this checklist to prepare board files and specifications before sending a PCB manufacturing inquiry to YBCPCB.

Files to prepare

A complete manufacturing inquiry helps the engineering team review feasibility and reduce back-and-forth communication. Gerber files, drill files, stackup notes, material needs and quantity should be included whenever available.

Design review checklist

Confirm layer count, board outline and drill data are included.
State material, board thickness, copper weight and surface finish.
Call out impedance, fine-pitch, HDI, flex or rigid-flex requirements.
Include quantity, lead time target, shipment country and quality notes.

For multilayer PCB

Include stackup details, impedance notes and any high Tg material requirements.

Multilayer PCB

For HDI or fine pitch

Highlight density concerns, small components, via strategy and assembly notes.

HDI PCB

For flex or rigid-flex

Provide bend areas, stiffener notes, mechanical drawings and product use conditions.
